  1. Cabo Cream

Whether you’re breastfeeding, formula-feeding, or drying up your milk supply, this cream is a lifesaver.

I chose not to breastfeed with my son due to a difficult experience with my daughter, plus complications from preeclampsia and medication use. This cream relieved the pressure and pain of engorgement as my milk dried up. Paired with the occasional iced cabbage leaf in my sports bra, I was back to normal within 1–2 weeks!

  1. Pink Stork “No Flow” Tea

If you’re intentionally stopping milk production, this tea is a gentle and natural way to support the process. I made a daily routine of Cabo Cream, frozen cabbage, and this Hibiscus Mint tea. The blend of sage, parsley, spearmint, and peppermint was surprisingly tasty and helped me feel more in control of my postpartum experience.

  1. Lansinoh Stay Dry Disposable Nursing Pads

Whether you’re breastfeeding or waiting for your milk to dry up, these are a must-have. They stick right into your bra or tank top and absorb leaks before they hit your shirt. Super absorbent, comfortable, and discreet—they saved me more times than I can count.

  1. Always Discreet Postpartum Underwear

I wish I had these with my first pregnancy. Honestly, they blow the hospital mesh panties and giant pads out of the water. These pull-on undies offer amazing coverage and leak protection- no pad required. If I could use these during my period every month, I absolutely would. Total game-changer.

  1. Frida Mom Peri Bottle

Yes, the hospital gives you a basic one but this upside-down design is SO much better. It makes cleaning up after bathroom visits easier, especially when you’re sore and not very mobile. Plus, it comes with a travel bag for when you’re out and about during those early postpartum days.

Final Thoughts

Everyone’s recovery looks a little different, but having the right tools can make things a lot more manageable. Whether you’re a first-time mom or doing this all over again, I hope something on this list makes your healing journey smoother.
